Welcome to your Straddle Master training program!

The Straddle Master is our invert/straddle training series and is made up of three progressive levels (L1–L3):

Level 1 – Invert Ready
Level 2 – Strong Straddles
Level 3 – Straddle Pro

Level 1 is now uploaded in your app and ready for you to complete. Once you’ve completed this level, our Strength & Conditioning coach will unlock level 2 in your app to take your strength to the next level. And after finishing Level 2, the final program will be uploaded to your app, guiding you towards ultimate version of a straddle
